REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

MEMBERSHIPS (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

Legendary Swimmers offers membership-based access to digital aquatic fitness content billed on a recurring basis.

Billing

By purchasing a membership, you agree to recurring billing (monthly or as specified at checkout). Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

 

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • You will continue to have access until the end of that period

  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

 

Refunds (Memberships)

Due to the immediate access to digital content, all membership payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused time

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing date

We encourage all users to review the service before purchasing and to cancel prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.

 

 

ONE-TIME PURCHASES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

From time to time, Legendary Swimmers may offer one-time purchase products such as guides, programs, or downloadable content.

 

Refunds (Digital Products)

All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only in the case of:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical errors resulting in failed access to purchased content

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
