It’s been about a year since I started with Aqua Fitness and both my husband and I are big runners so we thought that this would be a great cross-training for the two of us because I can do things in the water that I can’t do in the land and so this class allows me to stretch and it adds to my cardio without pounding on my legs all the time. It benefits me because I can tell my joints feel more loose not as tight as they had been.

I had never done it before and everyone said it was amazing so then I had to do it. When I finally tried it, I absolutely loved it. I’m getting an incredible exercise, it’s not hard on my joints, I have hip issues and it’s gentle on my hips and I’m consistently getting a really great workout. Over the last two days, two people have told me that they can really tell that I’m getting fit and I can really see my muscle tone so it is working and I actually lost about 10 pounds over the last few months. I absolutely hate exercises where I sweat and I don’t feel like I sweat in this exercises. I love it all the way around. I’ll keep coming!
