It’s been about a year since I started with Aqua Fitness and both my husband and I are big runners so we thought that this would be a great cross-training for the two of us because I can do things in the water that I can’t do in the land and so this class allows me to stretch and it adds to my cardio without pounding on my legs all the time. It benefits me because I can tell my joints feel more loose not as tight as they had been.
I had never done it before and everyone said it was amazing so then I had to do it. When I finally tried it, I absolutely loved it. I'm getting an incredible exercise, it's not hard on my joints, I have hip issues and it's gentle workout. Over the last two days, two people have told me that they can really tell that I'm getting fit and I can really see my muscle tone so it is working and I actually lost about 10 pounds over the last few months. I absolutely hate exercises where I sweat and I don't feel like I sweat in this exercises. I love it all the way around. I'll keep coming!

Q: Do I need to know how to swim?
No. All workouts are done standing in chest-deep water where you can comfortably touch the pool floor.
Q: Will my hair get wet?
Not necessarily. Most workouts are done in waist- to chest-deep water, so submerging your head isn’t required.
Q: What if a workout feels too easy or too challenging?
Every workout includes simple ways to adjust intensity using speed, range of motion, optional equipment and your Exercise Catalog.
Q: Do I need to be advanced to join?
No. The Studio is designed for those with basic exercise experience who want structured, joint-friendly strength training. (All Levels Coming Soon)
Q: What equipment do I need?
