This session is structured to build momentum — you’ll activate the body, layer strength and power, and finish feeling energized and capable, not depleted.
Purpose:
Wake up the muscles and prime the body for resistance.Â
Light aqua jogging to bring the heart rate up
Shoulder rotations to get joints ready
Purpose:
Challenge strength using water resistance with control and intention.Â
Upper-body resistance with controlled arm patterns
Lower-body engagement through aqua jacks and lunges
Core activation layered throughout
Purpose:
Recover without dropping energy.
Gentle mobility to release worked muscles
Gentle stretches for shoulders, hips, and low back
Breathing and posture reset before exiting the pool
