Ignite Your Strength

This 15-minute guided session blends Level 2 and Level 3 strength work to wake up your muscles, engage your core, and activate full-body power in the water.

You’ll move with intention, challenge resistance, and experience what real aquatic strength training feels like, focused, controlled, and energizing.

Workout Details:

Inside This 15-Minute Session

This session is structured to build momentum — you’ll activate the body, layer strength and power, and finish feeling energized and capable, not depleted.

Warm-Up & Activation

(2 minutes)

Purpose:

Wake up the muscles and prime the body for resistance. 

  • Light aqua jogging to bring the heart rate up

  • Shoulder rotations to get joints ready

Strength & Power Sets

(11 minutes)

Purpose:

Challenge strength using water resistance with control and intention. 

  • Upper-body resistance with controlled arm patterns

  • Lower-body engagement through aqua jacks and lunges

  • Core activation layered throughout

Cooldown & Recovery

(2 minutes)

Purpose:

Recover without dropping energy.

  • Gentle mobility to release worked muscles

  • Gentle stretches for shoulders, hips, and low back

  • Breathing and posture reset before exiting the pool
